Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced audiologist to lead our training initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our audiology professionals receive the best possible training to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Coordinate and coach the training team to achieve high performance standards.
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge training strategies to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end induction programs for new team members.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an audiologist.
  • Training experience is highly advantageous.
  • Passion for training and service excellence.
  • Knowledge of our Learning Management System (LMS) and ability to create engaging storyboards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both face-to-face and online.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and design tools.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Display initiative and openness to new ideas and suggestions.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Proven planning, coordination, and execution skills.
