Role Description Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments in accordance with protocols and professional standards.
Provide customers with transparent, ethical guidance on hearing care options and tailored solutions.
Assist with hearing aid fittings, ongoing aftercare, and follow-up support, demonstrating a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Keep detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring prompt referrals when necessary.
Adhere to HSP Audit requirements and uphold clinical guidelines to maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate with our Audiology Partners to support business growth and deliver exceptional value-based hearing care to local communities.
Commit to ongoing professional development to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
