Trainer and Assessor - Business Expert

We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality business training and assessment in a dynamic online environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, compliant training programs that meet the needs of our students. This includes developing curriculum, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to learners.

Additionally, the Trainer and Assessor will participate in validation activities, such as pre-use review and post-assessment validation, to ensure the quality of our training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications: BSB40320 Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business, TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or its successor, and other relevant qualifications.
  • Teaching Experience: Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in vocational education and training.
  • Industry Competence: Relevant and current vocational experience in business, managing business, leadership, or project management to the level being delivered.
  • Online Capability: Experience in online or blended delivery using platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, MS Teams or Zoom.
