Job Description

As a professional trainer and assessor, you will deliver engaging, compliant training to clients across various sectors. This role involves preparing and delivering high-impact training sessions, ensuring the use of appropriate equipment and resources for practical assessments, and maintaining accurate training records.


You will work with clients to understand their training needs and develop customized training programs that meet their requirements. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, and provide support for RPL processes and gap assessments as needed.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Vocational competencies and industry experience in related areas
  • Relevant certifications and licenses where necessary
