We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Clinical Nurse Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will have at least 5 years of full-time equivalent neonatal nursing experience and hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions. They will also possess or be working towards a master's qualification and demonstrate clinical leadership skills.
You will provide expert clinical advice, develop effective education programs, and translate evidence into practice. Your ability to foster collegial relationships within and outside the organization will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical expertise in reviewing and implementing advanced clinical practices based on evidence and standards.
- Demonstrate leadership that promotes evidence-based, innovative approaches to neonatal care, service delivery, and research.
- Offer expert clinical advice and develop effective education programs to enhance nursing capabilities.
Your focus will be on quality, research, and education, acting as a clinical leader and expert in the unit. You will work collaboratively with consumers, leaders, colleagues, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and efficient clinical practice tailored to patient needs.
