We are seeking an exceptional Head of Customer Execution to lead our Field Sales and Customer Supply Chain teams, reporting into the Sales Director.
This is a key sales leadership position, where you will partner with National Account/Category and Marketing teams to ensure achievement of sales, share, and distribution objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop our National Field operations and Customer Supply Chain strategy to deliver best-in-class execution across multiple channels and customers.
- Oversee Category, brand, and customer initiatives at field level, with full oversight of direction, measurement, budgetary control, and performance of all Field sales teams.
- Lead and develop our Customer-facing supply team with Vendor Replenishment Planners, working closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to support business growth.
- Partner with National Account/Category and Marketing teams to achieve sales, share, and distribution objectives.
You will be a Sales professional with Sales/Marketing qualifications at the higher level, bringing demonstrated experience working across a similar role within the FMCG industry.
You will have Product, Category, and ideally Customer Supply Chain knowledge, with demonstrated skills in selling and influencing, negotiations, customer expectations, and customer management.
You will be a customer-focused leader with strong customer liaison skills, coupled with influencing and negotiation skills.
