Head of Customer Operations

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Customer Execution to lead our Field Sales and Customer Supply Chain teams, reporting into the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop our National Field operations and Customer Supply Chain strategy to deliver best-in-class execution across multiple channels and customers.
- Oversee Category, brand, and customer initiatives at field level, with full oversight of direction, measurement, budgetary control, and performance of all Field sales teams.
- Lead and develop our Customer-facing Supply team with Vendor Replenishment Planners, working closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to support business growth.
- Partner with National Account/Category and Marketing teams to ensure achievement of sales, share, and distribution objectives.
You will be a Sales professional with Sales/Marketing qualifications at a higher level, bringing demonstrated experience working across a similar role within the FMCG industry. You will have Product, Category, and ideally Customer Supply Chain knowledge, with demonstrated skills in selling and influencing, negotiations, customer expectations, and customer management.
