Strategic Human Resources Partner

Work as a strategic partner to managers and staff across various departments, leveraging your expertise in human resources to drive business outcomes.
This role involves providing expert advice and coaching on a range of HR matters, from performance management to employee relations. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and address key challenges, ensuring seamless integration of HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, building trust and credibility through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide high-quality guidance and support on complex HR issues, including employment law, grievance procedures, and employee engagement.
- Support line managers in their leadership development, helping them build confidence and capability in managing their teams.
- Conduct site visits to connect with the workforce, understand local needs, and provide targeted support to ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Perform grading and job evaluations to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Assist with investigations and grievance management, applying a thorough understanding of HR processes and procedures.

Key requirements:
