We're looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Business Partner who thrives on partnering with stakeholders, building strong relationships, and taking ownership of outcomes that support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare.
Whether you're a recent HR graduate with placement or internship experience, or you've already dabbled in employee relations and investigations, if you're driven, confident, and eager to grow, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing As a trusted HR Business Partner, you'll provide timely and practical advice, coaching, and support to managers and staff across a range of people matters, from performance and change management to job evaluation and employee relations.
You'll: Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and staff, becoming their go-to advisor.
Provide consistent, professional guidance across a range of HR issues.
Support and coach line managers to build their confidence and capability.
Visit different sites across the district to connect with the workforce, build relationships, and understand local needs.
Conduct grading and job evaluations to ensure organisational alignment.
Assist with investigations and grievance management, applying a solid understanding of HR processes.
