**About the role **- **Human Resources Business Partner | 12 Month Contract**

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for an exciting opportunity to Partner and influence business performance and outcomes for Greater Bank Customers.

- Have business partnered at a leadership level both strategically and operationally and have a demonstrated ability to coach and influence
- Have a passion for enabling effective people situations and positively influencing change outcomes
- Have demonstrated experience working across multiple human resource disciplines including employment and industrial relations, organisational design, remuneration, performance, reward and recognition, and talent management
- Have outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Operate as a resilient and highly developed critical thinker, with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions/approaches
- Hold undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology or a related discipline

**What would be your key responsibilities**
- Partner and collaborate with senior stakeholders you will deliver a full range of human resource services in a multi-disciplinary team
- You will be proactive in providing strategic and operational human resources advice and championing the people experience and will collaborate as part of Greater Bank’s forward thinking HR Unit.
- Remove impediments and will partner with leaders to develop creative solutions that enable business success.
- You will provide contemporary advice and coaching with a consultative and outcomes-focused style in a fast-paced environment.
