About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Control Room Operator to join our team at one of our prominent clients in Broadmeadows. As a Security Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring CCTV systems
- Managing phone systems
- Performing IT duties
- Providing exceptional security and customer service
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
- Responding to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance
- Assessing and responding to situations of risk
- Access control
- Incident report writing and data logging
Rostered Hours
12-hour rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.

Requirements
We are an equal opportunity employer seeking candidates with the following skills, experience, and aptitudes:
- Current Security License
- Control Room & Monitoring experience (must be on license)
- Control Room experience (2 years +)
- Current First Aid certificate & CPR
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including nights and weekends
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
