Job Description

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to provide exceptional support to our customers in a showroom environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to build strong relationships with customers. A passion for sales and customer service is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage face-to-face with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Respond to telephone sales enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process customer orders promptly and follow up to ensure delivery dates are met
  • Price and quote customers within agreed parameters
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
  • Support the external sales team by fielding new enquiries and providing product information
Requirements

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A passion for sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Computer literacy - SAP or equivalent would be advantageous
  • Maturity and a proactive nature
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
