We are seeking a Second in Charge to manage their own program, working alongside another Coordinator, and supported by the Director.

The role involves:

  • Creating and implementing enriching experiences for children at before and after school care
  • Assisting with compliance documentation and parent enquiries
  • Engaging with the school community, including community engagement
  • Playing and having fun with primary school-aged children
  • Co-managing or coordinating during the school holiday program

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with effective communication with children, parents, colleagues, and school staff
  • Previous experience in Before and After School Care is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children
