Canterbury BMW is owned by Autosports Group, which is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands, across 55 dealerships with approximately 1800 employees.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Junior Business Manager to join the team.

**Primary duties will be**:

- Utilising Finance systems and maintaining up to date accreditation.
- Reconciling payments, receipting, and verifying against bank account.
- Preparing finance files for delivery.
- Collecting and verifying important documents such as payslips, driving licences and other forms of ID.
- Completing general administration work and other duties as required.

**What You need**:

- Previous experience in in the Automotive business is preferred but not essential
- Strong Computer skills and the ability to take on new information quickly
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to seek direction and assistance where appropriate.
- High attention to detail and a professional approach.
- A proven capacity to work autonomously.
- A friendly, customer service oriented nature
