Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development professional to join our national marketing and business development team in a hybrid role that combines business development and client relationship management focuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain group strategies with national and state practice group heads and partners
  • Deliver business development and profile building advice to partners and the marketing team
  • Identify, pursue and deliver compelling responses to opportunities
  • Work with client teams on client plans, strategy and attending pitch debriefs
  • Contribute to the growth of clients and success of groups

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with great written skills, ability to influence and strategize, sharp eye for detail and ability to work well autonomously while collaborating with the broader national team. You will have a degree in marketing, business, communications or law and several years of transferable experience.
