Key Role: Asset Inspector/Operations Officer

About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Operations team at our Mildura site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all incoming assets are accurately catalogued, photographed and uploaded to our system within required timeframes.

Responsibilities:
  • Catalogue, photograph and upload assets in accordance with established procedures
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills when interacting with vendors and buyers
  • Ensure adherence to WHS policies and procedures
  • Assist with the operation of forklifts as needed
  • Provide support to other team members as required
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry is highly desirable
  • A current and valid driver's license with manual driving ability is essential
  • A forklift licence is also necessary
  • Comfortable working outdoors and possessing strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use an iPad are required
  • Able to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
