Farm Equipment Maintenance Manager

A senior-level position has become available within our agricultural operations, seeking an experienced leader to manage the maintenance of key farm equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, preferably in agriculture or horticulture.
Job Responsibilities:- Oversee the maintenance of a diverse fleet of farm machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Manage workshop budgets, spare parts, and stock levels with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain high safety standards by implementing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, with a focus on agriculture or horticulture.
