Hotel Operations Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Leader to join our team in Newcastle. As a leader in hotel operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team, ensuring effective systems and procedures are in place, and driving guest satisfaction.

Job Role:

  • Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operation of daily checklists and tasks
  • Monitor rosters, attendance, and productivity of the team
  • Empower individuals to develop good practices and maintain high standards
  • Drive Rooms guest satisfaction by empowering teams to provide exceptional service
