International Freight Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Freight Customer Service Operator to join our team at a leading global freight forwarder. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of clients, handling quotations and costings, providing expert advice on freight-related matters, and communicating with clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in local international freight forwarding
- Stable career tenure with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A strong desire for a long-term career in international freight
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to succeed
