Job Title: International Freight Customer Service Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced International Freight Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a portfolio of accounts, overseeing the customer service team, and providing daily status reports and troubleshooting potential issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and service a portfolio of accounts
  • Oversee the Customer Service Team (direct reports)
  • Provide daily status reports and troubleshoot potential issues
  • Oversee P&L / opportunities to grow business
  • Build strong relationships with all service providers

Requirements:

  • 7+ years local International Freight operational experience
  • Stable career history
  • Clear communication skills both verbal and written
  • Desire for a long-term career within International Freight
  • Can-do attitude to succeed
