International Freight Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customs Clearance Coordinator to join our team at Insync Recruitment Group. As an International Freight Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and lodging files, compiling and classifying documents, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and lodging files with accuracy and efficiency
- Compiling and classifying documents, including ad hoc tasks as required
- Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects
- Identifying ACS, AQIS, and ATO duties and tax initiatives to benefit clients
- Resolving customs queries for clients in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Customs Brokers Licence
- Proven stable career history in customs clearance and freight forwarding
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with clients
- Cargowise EDi experience
