International Freight Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Freight Coordinator to join our team at People in Focus. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the collection and movement of equipment for international freight movements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the collection and movement of equipment for international freight movements
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient logistics
- Keep clients and suppliers updated on progress and any changes to schedules
- Respond to emails and calls in a timely manner
- Update job requests into operations system
- Loading and unloading as required
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years Air and Sea Freight experience - import and export
- Freight forwarding software experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Forklift licence
- Data entry skills
- Good knowledge of Australian metro areas
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and reliable
