International Freight Customer Service Specialist

Are you a customer service professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in the freight industry? We are seeking a highly skilled International Freight Customer Service Operator to join our team.
About the RoleWe are a leading international freight forwarder with a strong reputation for providing excellent customer service. As an International Freight Customer Service Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of clients, handling quotations and costings, and providing advice to customers on freight-related matters.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a portfolio of clients and develop strong relationships with key customers
- Handle quotations and costings to win new business and retain existing customers
- Provide expert advice to customers on freight-related matters, including rates and transit times
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- 5 years minimum experience in local international freight forwarding
- Stable career tenure with a proven track record of success
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Desire for a long-term career in international freight
- Can-do attitude and a willingness to succeed
- A supportive office environment with a hybrid WFH option
