International Freight Import Sea Freight Coordinator

About the Role:
As a Sea Freight Import Operations Specialist with Insync Recruitment Group, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth freight process within a dynamic team. This role involves liaising with International Agents, Carriers, and Vendors, as well as working with internal departments to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking and tracing of import sea files
* Effective communication with overseas offices and agents
* Streamline operations by working with internal departments
* Liaise with International Agents, Carriers, and Vendors
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' local experience within Import Sea Operations
* EDI Cargowise software experience
* Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulations
* Providing strong customer service with a positive attitude
* Excellent written and oral communication
