About the RoleAs a key member of our operations team, you will ensure seamless event management. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inquiries and managing occupancy levels
- Creating and sending contracts to group leaders
- Maintaining accurate records and exercising attention to detail
- Registering attendees for 'Faithcrafting' events
- A deepening relationship with Jesus, demonstrated by love for God and others
- A warm and welcoming personality, coupled with excellent communication skills
- Detailed-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Culturally initiated and comfortable interacting with diverse groups
