Deliver high-quality solutions and expert technical support for the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform. We are seeking a skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our team in this critical role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement customizations using X++ and extensions to enhance the Dynamics 365 FnO experience.
  • Effectively manage integrations with external systems such as IDMS, JSLT, and Power Platform to drive business growth.
  • Support data migration, environment setup, and release management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Provide tier-3 support and root cause analysis for production issues to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 FnO architecture and development tools is essential.
  • Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, and data entities is necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Programming skills in C# or C++ (reading code and writing simple programs) are required.
  • Understanding of IIS, troubleshooting website issues, HTTP responses, and network debugging skills are vital.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Active Directory is essential.
  • Strong debugging and performance tuning skills are necessary to deliver high-quality results.
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements is mandatory.
