This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Market Manager, responsible for maintaining and growing partnerships with luxury villa owners and suppliers in Bali.
- Negotiate and contract new and repeat partners to drive incremental sales.
- Maintain rate parity and own all pre- and post-production responsibilities.
- Ensure deals are commercially sound and contracts are accurately completed before passing them on to the Partner Success team.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong negotiation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should also have a solid understanding of the end-to-end travel sales process and proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
