Market Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned Market Manager to drive the growth of our luxury villa business in Bali. This role will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with owners and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring rate parity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in our CRM system
  • Managing pre- and post-production responsibilities, including effective communication with partners
  • Driving incremental sales through promotional campaigns
  • Analyzing campaign results and identifying commercial opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with hotel partners
  • Working with Revenue Management to optimize revenue
  • Fostering relationships between new and existing hotel partners

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of the Villa market in Indonesia
  • Passion for sales and negotiation
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team
