  • About the Role: We are seeking an experienced professional to introduce customers to luxury vehicles, requiring exceptional finesse in sales and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively follow up on customer queries and anticipate their needs by maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand and identify customer interests, needs, and buying criteria through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to drive sales and exceed customer expectations.
  • Drive sales, upsell, and meet monthly targets by leveraging strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain data history on our software system for efficient record-keeping and performance tracking.
  • Deliver vehicles promptly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide post-delivery support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to articulate this effectively to customers.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with luxury vehicles and their features is essential.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
