Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability across various channels.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders by acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives. This includes identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and exploring innovative solutions to meet diverse needs.

  • Lead the development and implementation of bespoke solutions for customers by coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

  • Support market intelligence and competitive analysis by identifying macro trends, opportunities, and risks to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

  • Create and execute commercial strategies, including impactful distribution and promotional activities that drive market leadership and sales excellence.

  • Participate in critical customer negotiations, securing strategic agreements that drive mutual value and align with long-term business goals.

  • Deliver compelling presentations to senior-level audiences by articulating complex value propositions and solutions that drive customer buy-in.

Requirements:

  • You hold a degree in Commerce or Business and have experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, and Business Development, preferably in B2C environments within specialty consumer, FMCG, or healthcare domains.

  • You are able to drive business growth through effective market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting while developing proposals and monitoring KPIs.
