Job Title: Guest Service Agent

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our Front Office as a casual Guest Service Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service under pressure.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and presentation at all times, including impeccable grooming standards.
  • Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Display strong attention to detail, especially when handling guest requests and performing tasks.
  • Experience with Opera Property Management System (PMS) is highly regarded.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule across seven days a week, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A current New South Wales driver's license is required.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia, as sponsorship is not available.
  • Successful candidates must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
