Guest Service Agent

**The Role**

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a world class wellness sanctuary located in Fingal, on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will play an integral role as our front of house specialist in giving guests exceptional service. As the first point of contact you will be part of our guest's journey, ensuring all aspects of the checking in process is accurate and timely.

To be successful in this role you will have exceptional customer service, you love the soft persuasion in maximising sales with outstanding accuracy, and the ability to multi-task in servicing our guests to the highest standard.

We offer a competitive hourly rate + superannuation + plus penalty rates.

Full-time and part-time positions available. Current availability for Full Time shifts on Tuesday to Saturday and Part Time shifts availability is required Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

**About You**
- You have recent experience as a guest service agent in a hotel or spa environment.
- You have previous experience in a 5 star property (highly regarded).
- You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude.
- You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills.
- You are capable, reliable and responsible.
