Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to fill the role of Front Office Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operational activities to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards throughout daily assignments and assist front desk agents in doing the same
  • Coordinate, administer, and contribute input to required meetings
  • Set standards for the team, upholding requirements of BSL and standards communicated by management
  • Communicate effectively and immediately any situations requiring management assistance
  • Take immediate corrective action when guests' needs are not met
  • Prepare and disperse rosters for Front Office & Night Audit staff
  • Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed by the established emergency plan
  • Create and maintain scripting standards and guidelines for guest interactions
  • Ensure effective communication between Managers and line staff
  • Ensure all training requirements are being met 100% at the Front Desk & Guest Service

Requirements:

  • Punctual and professional appearance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic typing skills, and computer knowledge
  • Previous customer service experience, specifically hotel experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of hotel systems (preferred)
  • Ability to read and comprehend correspondence in English
  • Ability to effectively present detailed information both verbally and in written form to guests
  • Excellent guest and associate relations skills
  • Possess strong organizational and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Impeccable phone manner
  • The ability to work unsupervised and to be a team player
