About the Job

We are looking for a skilled professional to restore and maintain soft furnishings, carpets, and other surfaces in our clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Restore damaged or soiled carpets, upholstery, and other items to their original condition using industry-leading techniques and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard
  • Sell additional services and products to customers, promoting our premium offerings
  • Maintain machinery and equipment in good working order, optimising performance and efficiency

Requirements

  • At least 1 year's experience in restoration and maintenance
  • Strong customer service skills, including communication and conflict resolution
  • Sales and marketing skills, with a focus on up-selling and increasing revenue
  • A valid driver's license
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
