Restoration Professional

We are seeking an experienced Restoration Professional to join our team in Brisbane. This role will be responsible for restoration tasks at assigned sites, adhering to client requirements.

This is a hands-on position that involves various activities including repair, removal, and replacement duties caused by fire, water, mould, and other items.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as good problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out restoration tasks at assigned sites
  • Utilize and install equipment to assist in works
  • Decontaminate and sterilize content items
  • Assist with warehouse maintenance and stock control
  • Liaise with insured parties, loss adjusters, insurers, and other parties around job progress
  • Perform site risk assessments
  • Input job information into the database

Requirements:

  • A qualification in Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is advantageous but not essential
  • A current driver's license and willingness to work across sites in your region
  • An ability to pass a Police Check and Working with Children Check
