Professional Property Restoration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to restore properties after tenant vacation.

About the Role

  • Clean and restore properties including walls, floors, windows and appliances.
  • Use specialized cleaning equipment and solutions for thorough and hygienic clean.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Maintain high level of quality control and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with property managers and real estate agents to coordinate bond returns and resolve any issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in property restoration or related field.
  • Australian driver's license (required)
  • Australian National Police Check (preferred)
