We are seeking a Support Worker to provide personal care, assistance with household tasks, and social support to individuals with disabilities.
This is a rewarding role that involves providing emotional support, promoting independence, and facilitating community participation.

- Transport participants to appointments, activities, and events
You will work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans, contributing to regular review and updates of these plans. A valid First Aid and CPR certificate, current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), and Blue Card are required for this role.
A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) or relevant studies is preferred, along with experience supporting people with autism, physical disabilities, or mental health conditions. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, as is solid availability, especially across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and sleepovers.
