Our organization is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Specialist I to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide support and guidance to adults facing severe and persistent mental health challenges.
Key responsibilities include providing interventions to clients that focus on problem solving, modeling behavior, optimism, and encouragement. Additionally, you will assist the team in providing ongoing assessments of client symptoms and their responses to staff interventions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
