Job Description:

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work independently while being supported by a strong team of healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various physical and psychological conditions.

Some key aspects of your day-to-day tasks include:

  • Case management: You will manage a manageable caseload, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks.
  • Improving return to work outcomes: You will apply your clinical knowledge to enhance return to work outcomes for clients.
  • Collaboration with employers and employees: You will work closely with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
  • Assisting injured workers: You will assist those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Osteopathy
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA
  • Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
  • Excellent time management skills - ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
  • A desire to problem-solve with confidence to be innovative, use initiative, and achieve results
  • A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits
  • A current driver's license and access to their own vehicle
