Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

As a rehabilitation consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
- Assist clients in identifying future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests
- Perform assessments depending on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations and worksite assessments
- Manage cases to plan, coordinate, and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals
- Engage with stakeholders and build relationships to facilitate business objectives
