Job Description

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to support rehabilitation and return to work outcomes within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Your Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for case management with manageable caseloads, applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs, collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals, conducting assessments such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments, and delivering the virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Eligibility to Apply
  • Previous Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is Highly Regarded
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Compassion, Kindness, and Empathy
  • Well-Developed Time Management Skills
  • A Current Valid Driver's License and Access to Own Car with Comprehensive Insurance
