Therapist for Workplace Rehabilitation

About the RoleThis challenging and rewarding position requires a high level of skill and expertise in assessment, intervention, and case management. You will conduct thorough evaluations to identify the needs of clients, develop effective plans for rehabilitation and return-to-work, and engage with stakeholders to facilitate successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate client needs through initial assessments, workplace evaluations, ergonomics, and activities of daily living.
- Conduct specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate clients, including audiometry, spirometry, and drug and alcohol testing.
- Help clients explore future employment or training opportunities by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
- Develop and implement effective case management strategies to monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business objectives.
