Job Title:

ICT Project Manager - Leading Software License Management and Assurance Programs

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Project Manager to spearhead software license allocation, usage, and recovery in large-scale ICT environments.

This role will require utilizing enterprise systems ITSM tool ServiceNow to track and manage software licenses effectively.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining financial records to ensure compliance with agreed requirements.

This includes tracking client software use to prevent unauthorized activity and optimizing software licenses based on technical and business needs.

Additionally, the ICT Project Manager will support assurance programs that deliver effective risk management and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for software license allocation and optimization.
  • Utilize ITSM tools such as ServiceNow to track and manage software licenses.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate financial records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Safeguard clients from unauthorized software use and optimize software licenses according to technical and business demands.
  • Support assurance programs that promote effective risk management and compliance practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in software license management and assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
