Job Title:

About the Role:

The organization's procurement department is responsible for managing whole-of-government arrangements with various ICT vendors, including SAP, Concur, Oracle, AWS, IBM, Microsoft, and Rimini Street.

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience negotiating with global ICT vendors and demonstrated expertise in large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programs.

- Subject-matter expertise in best practices and technical approaches for large-scale licensing arrangements.

- Experience generating, interpreting, and analyzing license usage reports using audit tools such as SAP License Administration Workbench (LAW) and Measurement Program.

- Experience providing strategic licensing recommendations for large-scale licensing arrangements, including license optimization.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Assist in finalizing requirements, including but not limited to:

    • Conducting current software licensing state analysis.

    • Gathering requirements across multiple stakeholder areas.

    • Attending negotiation workshops and finalizing documentation based on feedback from workshops.

    • Advising, attending, and participating in formal negotiations.
