Job Title: Compliance Officer
Role Overview:This is a dedicated role that requires an individual to ensure the daily application of our safety protocols. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues to align with our management system and facilitate effective WHS hazard identification, risk assessments, and other safety-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain corporate safety systems to ensure site WHS compliance.
- Facilitate timely incident reporting, investigations, and risk assessment.
- Support onsite teams with injury management and recovery.
- Cert IV in WHS or greater.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Aquaculture experience is desirable but not essential.
- Monday to Friday schedule.
- Beautiful location.
