Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and plan rail replacement services, ensuring a safe and optimal passenger experience during planned occupations within the Metro Disruption Schedule.

  • Coordinate project planning for the planned occupations schedule, including passenger experience outcomes, disruption management plans, and transport requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence and negotiate outcomes that improve the passenger experience.
  • Provide insights on previous projects and maintain reports to streamline processes.
  • Support planned occupation forecasting with data analysis tools to understand patronage, financial, and transport trends.
  • Ensure accurate financial estimates for the Passenger Experience Disruption component of planned occupations.
  • Participate in risk assessments focusing on passenger, staff, services, and facilities.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in negotiating key outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Previous experience working across a multidisciplinary organisation with a range of different stakeholder groups will be advantageous.
