Reporting to a Depot Manager, this role encompasses responsibilities related to train movement coordination, operational data analysis, and safety procedure implementation. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential for success.

Desirable skills and qualifications include a Certificate IV in Train Driving, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a valid current Track Access Permit (TAP), and a current Driver's License. Maintaining a reasonable level of physical fitness and agility is also crucial to meet the demands of this position.
