**Procurement Specialist Role**
This is a key position within our organisation, responsible for managing the end-to-end vehicle replacement process. Our team directly partners with major insurance providers to source like-for-like replacement vehicles for customers when their cars are written off.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved. This includes managing insurance replacement claims, liaising with dealerships nationwide to source suitable vehicles, negotiating competitive pricing, assessing and recommending appropriate replacement vehicles, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a key point of contact between insurance providers, customers, and dealerships.
This role requires a strong communicator with a genuine passion for helping people. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, insurance, or vehicle procurement, excellent written and verbal communication skills, empathy, patience, and professionalism. They will also have strong organisation skills, a proactive attitude, and a current driver's licence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance replacement claims on behalf of insurance providers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with dealerships nationwide to source suitable vehicles and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Assess and recommend appropriate like-for-like replacement vehicles, working closely with customers and insurers to meet policy requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claim progress in internal systems.
- Serve as a key point of contact between insurance providers, customers, and dealerships.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, insurance, or vehicle procurement (or a similar fast-paced role).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism – especially when things don't go to plan.
- Strong organisation skills and a proactive attitude.
- A current driver's licence.
