Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our executive team. This role is responsible for providing strategic human resources leadership and expertise to support the achievement of our goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that foster a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR leadership, including advice to senior managers on HR-related matters.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in teams and across the organisation.
  • Lead the development of workforce plans that meet current and future needs, including designing and implementing programs to attract, retain, and develop a diverse and high-performing workforce.
  • Provide advice and guidance on employee relations, including performance management, misconduct, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant legislation and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strategic leadership: demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership and advice at a senior level.
  • HR expertise: extensive knowledge and experience in HR management, including workforce planning, employee relations, and HR policy development.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Change management: demonstrated ability to lead and manage change, including the implementation of new HR strategies, policies, and systems.
