Job Overview

The Systems Implementation Trainer role requires an individual with expertise in designing and delivering training content to support the effective implementation of IT systems.

About This Role

  • This position involves developing and delivering training materials for face-to-face classroom training sessions, focusing on system implementation and integration.
  • The ideal candidate will have significant experience in creating engaging training content and a proven track record of successfully delivering training programs.
  • The ability to manage adult learners and build rapport with end-users is essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with blended learning approaches and training content design methodologies such as ADDIE is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure seamless system implementation.
  • Design and develop high-quality training materials, including presentations, workbooks, and assessments.
  • Conduct training sessions, providing guidance and support to participants as needed.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in training content development and delivery, preferably in the aviation sector.
  • Significant experience in designing and developing training materials for face-to-face classroom training.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
